At The Cigar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or visit our online portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free of any odors or signs of wear.
Print and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
